VISITING WILD SHORE

Make sure you have the best time on site by reading through our step-by-step guide and, checking your booking confirmation email for specific requirements before your arrival. 

STEP BY STEP GUIDE​

PRE-ARRIVAL

  • All Bookings processed and paid in full prior to arrival (online/phone)

  • All participants required to read our booking confirmation and complete a participant waiver.

  • Participants encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their session.

ON-ARRIVAL

  • Customers are asked to head towards reception for check in. 

  • You'll then be directed towards our Kit station where we will provide you with wetsuit's, buoyancy aids, or helmets.

  • You'll need to bring with you: swimwear, a towel, and a padlock. If you're taking part in aqua chimp you'll also need some old trainers to go in the water. Any wild Swimmers will also require a tow float, and swim hat. 

  • Please note our car park is set away from the shore line and is about a 1 minute walk away.  

TOILETS & CHANGING

  • One participant to one changing cubicle, all changing outdoors

  • We don't have any showers on site so please ensure you bring extra layers. 

  • No clothing or personal materials left in changing cubicles 

  • Toilets are available on site.

  • We have outdoor lockers all you need is a gym style padlock to secure your belongings. We ask individuals to bring these with you, however we do have some for sale in reception for £5 

ACTIVITIES

  • Aqua Park sessions take place every hour on the hour. We ask all individuals to arrive half an hour before hand, as we are unable to extend sessions. 

  • For all our aqua chimp sessions you will require old trainers or water shoes on your feet, please not sandals or flip flops. 

POST ACTIVITY

  • Unfortunately due to space restrictions on site, we would ask all participants and customers not to prolong their stay with us after their activity. This will allow us to ensure the safety of both customers and staff throughout the entire day.

  • Please note we do not have any showers for use post activity. 

ONSITE CAFE

The Wild Shack is a lovely café on the shoreline of our park with a balcony facing our activities. It is perfect place to refuel and refresh. This is a separate business to ourselves and more information can be found through their website:  Wild Shack at Wild Shore Delamere | Facebook
