ACCESSIBILITY

IMG_4783.JPG

At Wild Shore Delamere, we are committed to ensuring our site is as accessible and welcoming as possible for all our visitors.  â€‹

Here is what we offer to support your visit:

We offer one Free Carer Ticket per person who requires it – we can book this in for you if you email us the details of your booking.

Blue Badge parking is available directly on site as opposed to our main car park, once through the barrier, parking bays are signposted – just drop our team an email with a photo of your Blue Badge to gain the access code for the barrier!

We have a disabled toilet located in our main toilet building.

The disabled toilet also contains a changing table.

We offer specialised SEN sessions with less people on the sessions and an increased number of lifeguards dedicated to ensuring you have the support you need. With advance notice, we also offer additional assistance for SEN children during our regularly scheduled sessions. Please email us to enquire and we would love to welcome you down!

Helpful tips to make your visit more enjoyable:

Our cafe plays background music during opening hours. If loud environments can be challenging, it may be a good idea to bring along ear defenders!

Our quieter sessions are usually the 10am as well as 5pm and 6pm so we recommend booking for these times if you would like a less busy session!

Call or email our customer service team if you have any questions regarding our site layout. â€‹â€‹â€‹
