Set on the water’s edge, The Sauna at Wild Shore Delamere offers a unique way to warm up, recover, and reset in between activities or as a standalone wellness experience.
Whether you’re taking a break from wakeboarding, finishing a cold water swim, or simply looking to unwind while others enjoy the site, the sauna is designed to fit around your day.

Please note that Towels are Mandatory to be used to sit on in the Sauna. Flip flops must be worn when walking between the sauna and plunge pool.

What to expect
Sessions are timed and designed to give you space to enjoy both the sauna and cold plunge pool safely and comfortably. The experience is suitable for individuals, groups, or families (within age guidelines).
