To all our Wild Shore family and friends – we are carefully monitoring all of the current government advice and are still planning to reopen Wild Shore Delamere this weekend. We have updated our refund policy so if you book a session and can no longer make it due to COVID-19 reasons we will offer you a full refund as long as you cancel before the beginning of your session. The health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure your safety on site. We are implementing additional hygiene measures across the site, full details of which will be on our website very soon. We will be managing our bookings and reducing our capacity on the aqua park to ensure the site doesn’t become crowded at any point.
